No refunds will be provided for VPS, dedicated servers, clusters, addons, licenses, extra IPs, domain names, hosting plans, or any services purchased from third parties.
No refunds will be granted for paid advertising funds that have already been utilized for your business or for services that have been partially or fully consumed.
Custom software development, web development, and digital marketing services (including SEO, PPC, and social media branding) are non-refundable once the project has started, as these services involve significant planning, time, and resource allocation that cannot be recuperated.

Refund Restrictions
Refunds are not available if your account or services are canceled and payments continue to recur due to:
Faults of the credit card processor.
Errors by any other payment collection company, financial organization, or bank.
DIGITAL I is not liable for any overdraft fees imposed by your financial institution.
Refunds are not granted if cancellation requests are made directly to DIGITAL I staff or through unofficial communication channels.
The refund amount is based on the services completed or consumed, not the initially chosen plan.
Discounts, offers, or schemes will be void upon cancellation of services, and refunds will be calculated based on current rates listed on our website.
DIGITAL I is not liable for any loss of funds due to cyber-attacks or issues with third-party platforms (e.g., Meta ads, Google ads, LinkedIn ads) where campaign budgets are exhausted, stuck, or consumed.

Refund Process
To request a refund, contact our customer support team with your cancellation and refund request.
Provide detailed information, including the reason for the refund and any supporting documentation.
Our team will review your request and respond within 7 business days.
If your refund request is approved, it will be processed within 15 working days using the original method of payment.
